If you have created an order or subscription with us and you want to cancel it, use the form on this page.

Please note:

• If a postage label has been printed but the item has not been sent we will deduct this from your refund.
• If we have posted the item to you, a refund will not be sent until you send the package back with the box unopened. You bear the cost of return postage.
• If you cancel your order within the 7 day trial period with no product fault, you must return it in the original packaging and in original condition. You bear the cost of return postage.

In all cases, if you send an item back to us it must be via a tracked postal service, be in the same packaging it was sent to you and be in the same condition it arrived to you.
